By accessing and using Giga Vibe Run ("the Game") at gigavibe.run, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. The Game

Giga Vibe Run is a browser-based music-driven platformer game. The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time.

2. Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and must not create accounts for fraudulent purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions

The Game offers optional paid subscriptions processed through Stripe. Subscription details:

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
You can cancel at any time through your account settings
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us for refund requests
Premium features are available only during an active subscription period
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice

4. User Content

By uploading custom music files or creating game replays, you retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and serve your replays for leaderboard and sharing features. You must not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property or violates any law.

5. Leaderboards and High Scores

Player names and scores may be publicly visible on leaderboards. Do not use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate names. We reserve the right to remove any names or scores that violate community standards or appear to be achieved through cheating or exploitation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use cheats, exploits, automation, bots, or any unauthorized tools
Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or scores
Interfere with the Game's operation or other users' experience
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Circumvent ad-display or subscription verification mechanisms

7. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its code, graphics, music, sound effects, and design, is the property of Eduards Ruzga. The Game was created with AI assistance and is unapologetically AI-made. All rights are reserved unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Advertisements

Non-subscribing users may be shown advertisements. You agree not to use ad-blocking software to circumvent ads while using the free tier. Ad-free experience is available through a paid subscription.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
